Marlin Apartments wins Industry Leader award at 2nd annual ASAP Awards

Marlin Apartments has won the Industry Leader award at the second annual ASAP Serviced Apartments Awards, one of just five categories presented.

The Association of Serviced Apartment Providers (ASAP) is the trade association for the UK serviced apartment industry with over 80 members. The Industry Leader award was a new category for the 2014 awards and is arguably the most prestigious award to be won at the annual ASAP presentation.

Placing quality, service and value at the core of the company, Marlin has been able to steadily grow its portfolio of apartments since 2003 and through the credit crisis, recognising the immense value of repeat business. Marlin was also one of the first accommodation providers to take advantage of the East London leisure trend, opening two properties in East London in 2008.

More recently, its globally-recognised ISO 9001 certification makes Marlin the first serviced apartment company to receive this for both apartments and services.
