Since 2003, the growth of Marlin Premier Apartments in London has been phenomenal. From a modest 5 apartments in The City, we now have circa 600 premier hotel apartments across 7 Central London locations. Unlike a typical London hotel room, our premier serviced apartments in London offer space and comfort. To satisfy demand, the number of employees in our dedicated team has risen to 35 full-time and 30 part-time staff.
- Marlin Apartments was founded in 2003 with a modest 5 apartments located in The City. Our current Managing Director undertook every task from cleaning rooms to negotiating with CEO’s of London’s biggest financial institutions.
- Our renowned Queen Street property of 96 apartments quickly followed and the team grew to eight.
- Early in 2006 twenty apartments at Tower Bridge were added, known as our Londinium Tower development.
- In the winter of 2006 the award winning Empire Square development at London Bridge commenced trading, initially with 60 serviced apartments increasing through 2007 to 200 by summer 2008.
- Also in late 2006 we launched our Canary Wharf apartments, of which there are 49 one-bedroom and 32 two-bedroom premier apartments.
- In 2008, our portfolio grew significantly with the completion of both our City Docklands and Stratford buildings. These unique locations have since become integral for both Marlin and more importantly our customers. Offering excellent functionality with twin/double & sofa-bed configurations at a competitive price.
- 2009 saw the completion of our newest building in Aldgate. Aldgate - City East boasts city views and our industry leading quality and attention to detail. Ideally situated for exploring London with its many transport links and a range of amenities.
