Marlin Apartments is the largest independent operator of serviced apartments in London and the UK with over 700 premium apartments in London, all of which are serviced under our ownership.

Our apartments are available for stays from just 1 night, to stays of 1 year and longer. Each Marlin apartment offers more space, freedom and comfort compared to the equivalent standard hotel room. Marlin provides accommodation ideal for both the business and leisure traveller, situated within a 5 minute walk of a London Underground station. Designed with the help of one of the UK's top architects, our short and long stay apartments maximise space and comfort, cleverly designed and arranged to create a home from home experience.

With Marlin, there are no hidden costs. Compared to London hotels, a Marlin apartment offers fantastic value since our prices are based on the facilities used and never on the number of people sharing. In short, we will only ever charge you based on the apartment itself - not per person. Each apartment is equipped with the most up-to-date technology including free Wi-Fi, flat screen televisions, and high-specification fitted kitchens and bathrooms, ensuring our guests receive the best possible Marlin experience. 

Company History

Since 2003, the growth of Marlin Apartments in London has been phenomenal. Beginning with our first premier development in The City, we now have over 700 serviced apartments in London across 6 prime city locations. Unlike a typical London hotel room, our premier serviced apartments offer unrivalled space, comfort and freedom.

  • Marlin Apartments was founded in 2003 with our first serviced apartment development at Queen Street, consisting of 96 newly constructed serviced apartments.
  • The award winning Empire Square development at London Bridge commenced trading in the winter of 2006, initially with 60 serviced apartments increasing through to 225 by the summer of 2008.
  • Also in late 2006 we launched our serviced apartments in Canary Wharf, of which there are 81 high specification units.
  • In 2008, our portfolio grew significantly with the completion of 2 brand new developments: Limehouse and Stratford. These unique locations have since become integral for both Marlin and, more importantly, our customers. Offering excellent bedding functionality with both twin/double & sofa bed configurations at a competitive price.
  • 2009 saw the completion of our latest premier building in Aldgate. Aldgate boasts city views, and our industry leading quality and attention to detail. These serviced apartments are ideally situated for exploring London with its many transport links and a range of amenities.
