Beginning with our first premier development in The City, we now have over 700 serviced apartments in London across 6 prime city locations. • Marlin Apartments was founded in 2003 with our first serviced apartment development at Queen Street, consisting of 96 newly constructed serviced apartments.

• The award winning Empire Square development at London Bridge commenced trading in the winter of 2006, initially with 60 serviced apartments increasing through to 225 by the summer of 2008.

• Also in late 2006 we launched our serviced apartments in Canary Wharf, of which there are 81 high specification units.

• In 2008, our portfolio grew significantly with the completion of 2 brand new developments: Limehouse and Stratford. These unique locations have since become integral for both Marlin and, more importantly, our customers. Offering excellent bedding functionality with both twin/double & sofa bed configurations at a competitive price.
